Sunday April 13, 2008 was a busy day for Ava and our family.
Ava was baptized at St. Matthew's by Pastor Young and blessed in the Taylorsville 4th ward by Grandpa Richard Allen. John's family came from North Carolina, Laura Rismiller came from Ohio and lots of friends and family from here in Utah were there to support Ava and her mom and dad. Aunt Amy & Uncle Fergus sponsored Ava at St. Matthews. Uncle Lee Measom, Bishop Ervin Olsen, Bishop Ike May, Dave Musselman, & Bishop Spencer Smith stood in the circle for Ava's blessing. The beautiful dress Ava is wearing was made just for her by Grandma Diane.
